Data Deletion Instructions

If you have messaged, commented on or reviewed JIAMART (DANDELION TRADING (UK) LTD) on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or Google, you can ask us to delete the data our back-office system holds about you.

How to request deletion

1. Email yuchaolu@jiamart.co.uk with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Tell us which platform you used (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or Google) and the name or handle shown on your account, or the WhatsApp phone number, so we can find your messages. You can also send the same request as a message to our Facebook Page or Instagram account.
3. We will confirm receipt and delete your messages, comments, reviews, our replies to you and any related records from our system within 30 days, and email you when it is done.

What this covers

This removes the copies held in our own system. Content you posted publicly on Facebook, Instagram or Google stays on that platform until you delete it there; you can do so at any time from your own account. Deleting a comment or message on the platform also hides it in our system automatically.
